ILO violation 87,98 : At PT Tae Hwa subcontractor's plant in Cipukat, West Java: A key organiser was dismissed from Tae Hwa in 1999 after she was involved in a demonstration calling for improved conditions at the factory. In February 2005, workers returned to work after a public holiday to find the factory closed, leaving them all without work.
