2007 The companies Sita Lorraine and Onyx East exchanged information concerning their respective offers before their deposit and agreed of raise prices for the household refuse markets launched by the town of Saint-Dié at the end of 1999 and by the community of communes of the canton of Saulxures-on-Moselotte the beginning of 2000, markets valued at 5,1 million euros. Sita Lorraine and Onyx East are fined 858 000 and 808 000 euros, respectively, for having implemented an anti-competitive agreement by exchanging information relating to their respective offers before the first turn of the invitation to tender and to have set up "cover offers". These practices thus prevented, restricted and distorted the play of competition on each one of these markets and supported their rise artificially.     Conseil de la concurrence
2006 The companies Sita Normandie-Picardie, Onyx Normandie and Ipodec Normandie share information on their offers for waste disposal public and private markets from 1996 to 1999 in the departement of Seine-Maritime. Sita Normandie-Picardie is fined 585 000 euros.     Conseil de la concurrence
